IndeHR’s co-founders, Eric, Lee & Dave, came together around a single mission: to help business owners by delivering an HR solution that moves their business forward. With servicing business owners across diverse industries, we understand the challenge of running a business.

Meet Eric Burnside

Eric Burnside is a growth-focused owner-operator with a proven record of scaling businesses. As Head of Business Development and now President & CEO of Independent Retirement, he has spent the past 8+ years growing revenue from $1m to $2.5m, expanding services across Oregon, Washington, and Idaho, and achieving a 96% client retention rate. By launching IndeHR, Eric extends his mission to serve small business owners by delivering an HR solution where business objectives lead and people strategies follow.

Lee Frampton brings 15+ years of experience in HR and leadership consulting, helping organizations build the frameworks and teams that enable long-term success. As Chief of Staff and Head of Operations, Lee is the strategist behind IndeHR’s service model—designing and delivering HR solutions where business objectives drive people strategy, not the other way around. His focus: creating systems that give business owners clarity, confidence, and results.
